We are very pleased to announce the stable release of ArcticDesk v1.1.0. The update, which drops the beta tag from the software, includes more than 20 bug fixes, enhancements and new features based on the feedback received from the last version. The full changelog can be found below. The update is available to download immediately from our client area.

Our WHMCS importer has also been completed, supporting the migration of tickets, departments, users, custom fields, articles, announcements and downloads. The script can be downloaded from our client area.

Development going forward

Work has already begun on the next major version of ArcticDesk. Our aim is to deliver a major release every 2-3 months, with minor releases in between should they be needed. This is a rough guideline we are setting for ourselves, but we will never rush out an update if it is not ready. While we will not reveal what we are planning for v1.2.0 just yet, we hope to release a preview of the upcoming changes soon. Make sure to follow us on Twitter to keep up to date with all of our latest news and updates.
